DETOUR
"Detour" is a powerful tale of resilience. After battling depression for a decade, Phoebe found solace and healing in mountaineering. The lessons she learned on the mountains became her lifeline when she faced an unexpected challenge: ‘I dont think a 30 year old ever thinks the word stroke is going to be something they are told.’ This story reveals how the strength and wisdom gained from her journey in the mountains helped her overcome life's most daunting obstacles.

‘Thats why mountaineering is so aspirational for me, because it is a challenge, but its how you react to it that can change and transform your path’
